For each day, the report keeps feeding times and descriptions, diaper changes, and completed sleep periods with start, end, and duration. Sleep is counted in the chart once it is completed; if today’s sleep is still active, the daily detail still shows its start time and marks it as ongoing. Cards follow the same order as the report range, from the oldest day through today, so you can check the exact record behind a number without leaving the overview. The charts provide the total, while the daily cards keep the concrete records that created it.
