1. About Baby Genesis

Baby Genesis is a parenting app and baby tracker. It is intended for parents, legal guardians, and adult caregivers and helps organize and track information related to a baby’s everyday routine and development.

Depending on the version of the App and the features available to you, Baby Genesis may include tools for sleep, feeding, breastfeeding, bottles, pumping, diapers, growth, milk storage, teething, allergens, solid foods, health information, vaccinations, appointments, daily records, reminders, reports, routines, educational information, and other parenting-related features.

Features may be added, changed, improved, or removed over time.

2. Who the App Is For

Baby Genesis is intended for parents, legal guardians, and adults who care for a child.

The App is not intended for independent use by children.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter in the App is appropriate and accurate for your use.

3. Baby Genesis Does Not Provide Medical Advice

Baby Genesis is provided solely for information, organization, and personal record keeping.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency medical services, or professional healthcare.

Nothing in the App should be interpreted as a substitute for advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified physician, pediatrician, nurse, pharmacist, dietitian, nutrition professional, or other licensed healthcare professional.

For questions or concerns about a child’s health, development, nutrition, sleep, symptoms, medications, allergies, vaccinations, or medical condition, always seek qualified medical advice.

Do not delay seeking professional medical care because of information shown in the App.

4. Emergencies

Baby Genesis is not an emergency service.

Do not rely on the App in a medical emergency or other urgent situation.

If you believe a child has a medical emergency, serious allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, choking, loss of consciousness, severe injury, poisoning, or another urgent condition, immediately contact local emergency services or seek medical care.

5. Sleep and Wake-Window Estimates

Baby Genesis may display estimated sleep times, wake windows, routines, or similar sleep-related guidance based on information such as a child’s age and records entered in the App.

These estimates are provided only as informational tools.

Every baby is different, and sleep patterns can vary significantly between children and change from day to day.

Estimated wake windows, predicted naps, and routine suggestions are not medical recommendations, guaranteed schedules, or instructions that a parent or caregiver is required to follow.

Parents and caregivers should always consider the child’s actual behavior, needs, health, and circumstances.

6. Feeding, Nutrition, Allergens, and Solid Foods

Baby Genesis may include tools or educational information about breastfeeding, infant formula, bottles, pumping, expressed-milk storage, solid foods, allergens, food introduction, recipes, or nutrition.

Such information is general in nature and does not replace individualized medical or nutritional advice.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for deciding whether foods, feeding methods, quantities, storage practices, recipes, and other information are appropriate for their child.

Users should follow the recommendations of qualified healthcare professionals and applicable official food-safety and public-health guidance.

Particular care should be taken with allergies, choking hazards, intolerances, health conditions, premature infants, and other circumstances that require individualized guidance.

7. Milk Storage Information

Baby Genesis may provide reminders, timers, labels, estimated storage windows, or organizational tools for expressed breast milk and other feeding-related items.

These features are provided only to support organization.

Storage recommendations may depend on temperature, container type, hygiene, local health guidance, individual circumstances, and other factors.

Users are responsible for checking current official food-safety recommendations and health guidance applicable to their situation.

8. Health Passport, Vaccinations, Growth, and Health Information

Features such as Health Passport, vaccination and growth tracking, appointment records, medications, measurements, health notes, and similar tools are intended to help organize information you enter.

They do not replace official medical records.

The App should not be treated as the sole source of information about vaccination status, medications, medical history, growth, diagnoses, or a child’s healthcare needs.

When making health decisions, always rely on official medical records and qualified healthcare professionals.

9. Smart Features, Reports, and Automated Information

Baby Genesis may generate summaries, insights, reminders, estimated patterns, reports, automated suggestions, and other information based on data entered in the App.

These outputs may be incomplete, approximate, or inaccurate.

They should be treated as organizational support, not as professional advice or a guaranteed conclusion.

Users remain responsible for reviewing information and making their own decisions.

10. Accuracy of User-Entered Data

Many Baby Genesis features depend on information entered by the user.

The accuracy and usefulness of App outputs may therefore depend on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you enter.

Baby Genesis is not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or improperly entered data.

11. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App and the information it displays.

You agree to use reasonable judgment and, when appropriate, seek qualified professional advice.

The App is intended to support parents and caregivers, not replace their judgment or responsibility for a child’s care and safety.

12. Privacy and Local Data

The handling and storage of information in Baby Genesis are described separately in our Privacy Policy.

When the App stores information locally on your device, you are responsible for the security of the device and any associated backups.

13. Third-Party Services

Baby Genesis may use or connect with third-party services, software, libraries, advertising providers, operating-system services, or external websites.

For example, the App may use Google AdMob to display advertising.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Baby Genesis does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

14. Advertising

Baby Genesis may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

The presence of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that Baby Genesis endorses the advertised product, service, company, or claim.

Interactions with advertisements or third-party services take place between you and the relevant third party.

15. App Availability

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device and operating-system version.

Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, software updates, technical issues, changes to third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.

16. Changes to the App

We may modify, update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of Baby Genesis at any time.

Features, design, content, operation, supported devices, language availability, and integrations may change between versions.

We are not required to maintain any individual feature permanently.

17. Intellectual Property

Baby Genesis, including its name, logo, visual identity, interface, software, graphics, text, original content, brand, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by Baby Genesis or used under permission or license.

You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected Baby Genesis content except where permitted by applicable law.

18. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not:

• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with or attempt to compromise the operation or security of the App;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services connected with Baby Genesis;
• distribute malicious software through or in connection with the App;
• impersonate Baby Genesis or falsely claim an affiliation with the App;
• copy or commercially exploit protected content without authorization;
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

19. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baby Genesis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, or fitness of the App or its content for any particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that estimates, reminders, reports, calculations, recommendations, or other App outputs will always be accurate or appropriate for every child or situation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baby Genesis, its owner, developers, collaborators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising out of or related to use of the App, inability to use it, or reliance on it.

Where legally permitted, this includes harm or loss resulting from inaccurate information, data loss, service interruptions, device issues, user-entered data, third-party services, or decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

21. Data Loss

Because some data may be stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App, clearing App data, resetting the device to factory settings, losing the device, or device failure may result in permanent loss of saved information.

You are responsible for maintaining any device-level backups you consider necessary.

We are not responsible for loss of locally stored data when that loss occurs outside systems controlled by Baby Genesis.

22. Updates

The App may receive updates from time to time.

Some features may require an updated version of the App or a supported version of your device’s operating system.

Continued use of the App after an update may be subject to these Terms or an updated version of them.

23. Ending Use of the App

You may stop using Baby Genesis at any time by uninstalling the App.

Where technically applicable and legally permitted, we reserve the right to restrict access to services connected with the App in cases involving abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be available in the App, on our website, or in another appropriate location.

The effective date at the top of the document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

Where legally permitted, continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Baby Genesis, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply based on your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Baby Genesis Privacy Policy and any other legal notices expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of the App.
