07Track health and everyday care
In a care entry, you can record temperature and medication given. When you log a medication, you can set a reminder for the next recorded dose. Before giving any medication, always check the actual schedule, the instructions from a healthcare professional, and your baby’s needs.
From the home screen, you can also record daily Vitamin D with one tap. The reminder is relevant only if Vitamin D is already part of a routine you have established with an appropriate healthcare professional.
08Keep track of allergens and nutrition
In the Nutrition section, you can track breastfeeding, bottles, and solid foods, then explore guidance for starting solids, recipes, snacks, and finger-food ideas.
Allergen Tracker lets you mark foods as safe, as having caused a reaction, or as not yet introduced. Those labels are included in your baby’s health summary. Allergen tracking helps you remember your own entries; it is not a tool for diagnosing an allergy. If you suspect an allergic reaction, contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
09Organize diaper supplies and expressed milk
In the Diapers section, you can enter how many diapers you have at home. After a recorded diaper change, the app reduces the supply and shows a low-inventory warning when the count becomes low.
In Milk Stash, each stored portion can include amount, pumping date and time, storage location, and, when relevant, freezing time. The app separates milk stored in the fridge, freezer, and history, marks which portion should be checked first, and lets you mark a portion as used or discarded.
You can also add an optional photo to a portion to make it easier to identify. Milk Stash reminders depend on notification permission.
